TX DOT and our CIty Councilman Robert Trevino have failed to adequately ensure our concerns were heard before planning to dump this massive highway change on us because TX DOT believes we have a massive backup highway issue. TX DOT presents the issues with Deaths on our high and major accidents. First stop stop holding everyone accountable for the deaths on our highway as an avenue instead of holding the reckless drivers, weavers and speeders to blame for their bad decisions which are the first to blame not the law abiding tax payer citizens because you can easily manipulate them to accept the change. Shutting on an off ramps down to make it easier will make it harder. unwanted traffic is what will happen which again TX DOT, is not worried about. Robert Trevino as well can't be bothered to address because his concern right now is deflecting and worried about COVID which is still has 98% cure rate. Where is your Feed back Mr. Trevino? Are you going to allow the future flow of traffic that will not abate through our neighborhoods thus allow it to run rampant because its not near your homestead? We demand answers from our councilman. If they can't answer maybe you shouldn't be in office. If TX DOTs solution is to close overpasses and major traffic to find alternate direction for traffic is to find an easier route to leave hotels and businesses from Jones Maltsberger to McCullough is to go through the Crownhill Park neighborhood maybe they City should exercise the imminent domain option is to capture some of there land behind them tyhat connect to the alley of those businesses to create a thoroughfare back to Jones Maltsberger so that they don't impact the Crownhill Park neighborhood.
I expect answers from our Councilman Robert Trevino on how you are going to address this concern.
This project will also impact us off of Jones Maltsberger which again is another concern. I believe you need to restructure 281 commuters to use the San Pedro road access by extending those lights. That will decrease 281/410 west traffic. San Pedro can also be manipulated more easily than you could by affecting our small neighborhood.!
ADDRESS our Concerns Robert Trevino!
