This idea is going to be very bad for the Crownhill neighborhood's safety & value, & any traffic trying to access Jones Maltzberger, McCullough, & San Pedro. The 410 traffic going both East & West will be increased on the Frontage roads due to the lack of Exit & Entrance ramps. Our neighborhood streets will become dangerous with higher traffic volume for walkers & bikers, & children walking home from schools. Having to drive for two miles on the Frontage road just to turn on Maltzberger is a major inconvenience & will be bad for all businesses on these areas. Increasing the number of lanes makes it much more difficult to slow down to turn into the shops, hotels & restaurants along 410 going both East & West. I believe their businesses will suffer from this, as they already have, due to the Corona Virus. We don't need to lose any more businesses in this area. Due to these inconveniences, our property values will DECREASE due to the increased volume of traffic & the difficulty getting in & out of our neighborhood. I am extremely against this change. I also do not believe the change will decrease the traffic difficulties on 281 around the airport. Having lived here for 3 years, I do not experience major traffic problems getting on or off 281 near the airport, nor crossing the 410 on Jones Maltzberger. If this comes to a vote, mine will be a very loud NO. Respectfully, Lois Bell, 627 Coronet.
