Crownhill Park: A centrally located, quiet neighborhood.

Crownhill Park is a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood in San Antonio just west of the airport. Approximately 300 homes are nestled on quiet tree-lined streets and represented by CHPNA (noted in yellow).

Most residences are single family homes that are well maintained. Approximately 90% of our residences are owner-occupied. Approximately 5% of properties are sold each year.

We are part of the Alamo Heights ISD and the district's Robbins School, Tennis Center and new Natatorium are located on the perimeter of our neighborhood.

Our Neighborhood Association offers voluntary membership for just $35 a year.

CHPNA: Volunteer advocates working for you.

The Crownhill Park Neighborhood Association is an all-volunteer group of neighbors dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for all residents. We coordinate with City and State agencies to insure our neighborhood is protected from threats and receives prompt attention to needs that arise.

The CHPNA Board meets once per month. Additional volunteers assist with tasks on various committees. Board elections are held once per year and all current members are allocated one vote per residence.

CHPNA operates via By-Laws last updated in 2022.

By-Laws dictate how an organization operates. They specify the rights of members, powers of the Board of Directors, and procedures that must be followed. Revisions to CHPNA By-Laws were approved at the Membership at the Annual Meeting in May 2022.
